Thank you for shopping with LTHealth. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
- If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Times
Because we work with international suppliers and fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and product availability.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local customs authority.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges unless otherwise stated by LTHealth.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
- An incorrect address,
- An incomplete address,
- Failure to collect the package,
the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges required for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LTHealth is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing,
- Weather conditions,
- Carrier disruptions,
- Other circumstances outside our control.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at calcavuramattias@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number,
- Photos of the damaged item,
- Photos of the packaging.
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
